targeted marketing campaigns. Privacy compliance issues with regards to
data quality, data security, data transfer and access rights need to be
addressed by these organizations. This session will address how organizations
can operate a website, provide online services and send email marketing
messages to their clients in compliance with privacy legal requirements.

in 2006 and provincial privacy laws creating a national privacy patchwork,
Geist will focus on how organizations can anticipate the future shifts
of the Canadian privacy law landscape and how to be ready for future privacy
compliance requirements.
